Liberty House Restaurant named state finalist for the Good Neighbor Award

Liberty House Restaurant is celebrating its 10thanniversary on August 1, 2011. Over the years, it has been a pleasure to serve the local community, not only in terms of memorable meals and celebrations, but also with community service and our impact on the local economy.

The National Restaurant Association has named us a state finalist for the Good Neighbor Award, which recognizes charitable work by restaurants in their communities; a recipient for the Tourism Diamond Award, which recognizes the special role restaurants play in the travel and tourism industry as unique destinations; and owner Jeanne Cretella is going to be receiving The Gold Plate Award, recognizing outstanding service by a member of the New Jersey Restaurant Association. Jeanne is being recognized for her years in the business, excellent reputation, overall accolades, professionalism and enthusiastic involvement in government affairs.

The foundation for Liberty House Restaurant’s continual contribution to the local region is Jeanne’s creation of  “Help Us Give” or H.U.G. as Landmark’s Corporate Giving Program. The H.U.G. Program allows 10% of sales from the three most popular tables in Landmark Hospitality’s restaurants to be donated to local charitable causes.
