Everything from helping to pick the best streets in the neighborhood to constantly scouring MLS listings to meet our somewhat stringent (some would say picky) demands and setting up viewings at times that best met our needs, not hers. She was also very knowledgeable about the actual process of buying a home and was of great assistance when it came time to negotiate and put an offer together. She came out for both the inspection and bank appraisal which gave us additional piece of mind, and she even went and obtained a ceiling sample so we could test for asbestos (wow talk about customer service). Probably what I liked best was that Chelsea was always on top of things, and while my wife and I were busy trying to live our "busy" lives, she was there to remind us of deadlines which I have no doubt saved us in a few cases. I don't normally write reviews at all but Chelsea deserves this one for adding such tremendous value to our home buying process.
