Chantel Figueroa is an International Real Estate Consultant for over 20 years, specializing in a diverse array of developments including residential, commercial, hospitality and agricultural sites. Her career began in 2004, after graduating with top honors from Rollins College, she returned home to Hoboken, NJ to work for City Living by Toll Brothers. During her tenure at Toll, Chantel simultaneously sold Maxwell Place, the Hudson Tea, 700 Grove Street and The Sky Club. In 2006, Chantel joined Related Companies in New York City and worked in their new Retail/Commercial division. Her task was to develop and manage the Bronx Terminal Market mall at the new Yankee Stadium. She also pursued an accelerated MBA and graduated the following year. Throughout the years, Chantel has worked on a number of high profile projects including opening a hotel in Ocho Rios, Jamaica in 2010, opening a charter high school in Newark, NJ, and managing over 20 homeless shelters throughout New York’s 5 boroughs. Most recently, Chantel completed a biopharmaceutical project for a Canadian, LP in Toronto, Canada. During her 1 year term in Toronto, she was able to secure a Corporate Headquarters for her client and purchase, renovate and manage a 16 acre farm in Northern New Jersey. When not working or traveling, Chantel enjoys reading, writing, racing cars and flying Cessna planes. She has a passion for helping others and loves volunteering for children’s causes.
